CORN, Vice Chief Justice.
On the 13th day of April, 1956, D. G. Hill, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation, stating that while employed by Drumright Lumber Company he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment on the 6th day of April, 1956, when a wall fell on *651him causing some injury, the cause and extent of which is not in dispute.
