MEMORANDUM ON TRUSTEE’S MOTIONS FOR CONTEMPT
CLIVE W. BARE, Bankruptcy Judge.
At issue is whether the involuntary debt- or’s failure to comply with both his statutory duties, arising under 11 U.S.C.A. § 521 (1979), and two orders of this court is contemptuous. If so, the court must also determine whether it has authority, pursuant to either 11 U.S.C.A. § 105 (1979) or 28 U.S.C.A. § 1481 (Supp.1983), to grant any relief to the trustee.
