This case involves the rights of plaintiff, the named beneficiary in a certificate of group life insurance that was issued to plaintiff’s sister under a group policy issued by Occidental Life Insurance Company in connection with a labor union pension fund administered by the defendants as trustees. The case arose in the Eastern District of Missouri and was assigned to the docket of District Judge H. Kenneth Wangelin.
