This is an action for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment in the sum of $7,000 and defendant has appealed.
The facts show that plaintiff was injured on March 3, 1930, about eleven miles east of the city of St. Joseph, and while she was standing on the north side of Highway No. 36. She was struck by an automobile being operated at the time by one Roland Johnston.
