Without going into details it is sufficient to say that we are all of opinion that the record in this case discloses conduct upon the part of the appellees which is not in accord with the recognized standard of duty to which attorneys must conform in dealing with clients. That relation is so confidential in its nature that it calls for the exercise of the most perfect good faith.
