Appellant filed his hill as administrator de bonis non, with the will annexed, of the estate of Charles W. Eicketson, deceased, against appellee Speer and several .co-defendants. The bill states the death of Eicketson in Pennsylvania in September, 1886, the appointment of one William Phillips as administrator of the estate of said Eicketson by the Orphans Court of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, the appointment of one Benjamin F.
