Elsie G. Johnson (who as found by the trial court went under various names, including the name L. C. Johnson) and L. E. Ostrom, as plaintiffs, on Aug. 21, 1959, in suit No. 20,635, sued Barnwell Production Company, Edward L. Green, Frank C.
