Genovese v. Provident Life & Accident Insurance Co.

This case is before the Court for review of the decision of the Fourth District Court of Appeal in Provident Life & Accident Insurance Co. v. Genovese, 943 So.2d 321 (Fla. 4th DCA 2006).
