OPINION AND ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge:
In the context of a dispute considered to be unprecedented in the convertible bond market, this Court is faced with three motions for summary judgment on damages. Each movant asks the Court to determine what damages will appropriately compensate the owners of convertible bonds (the “Bondholders”) 1 for the bond issuer’s failure to convert the bonds into shares as required by the governing indenture agreement.
