¶ 1. Carl Hobbs was convicted of the crime of grand larceny. Judge Ashley W. Hines sentenced him to serve a term of ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with seven years suspended on the condition that he serve five years supervised probation. Hobbs was further ordered to pay $3,338 restitution, $300 attorneys fees, $264 court costs, and $20 bond fee.
