MEMORANDUM DECISION GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART THE LIQUIDATORS’ MOTION FOR A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AS TO MATTHEW STEWART

Following the commencement of a Cayman Islands winding up proceeding, the joint provisional liquidators (the “Liquidators”) appointed by the Cayman Islands court commenced this ancillary case under 11 U.S.C. § 304. They now seek, inter alia, a preliminary injunction against the commencement or continuation of litigation against the debtor in the United States.
