ODOM, Justice.

Plaintiff holds a teacher’s certificate, which shows that she is qualified to teach the grammar grades in the public schools of Union Parish. She was employed by the Union Parish School Board to teach, and did teach, in that parish during the regular session of 1932-33. At the end of that session she was granted a leave of absence for one year. She returned and taught under contract for three consecutive years — 1934—35, 1935-36 and 1936-37.
