STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Huckabee Auto Company and Huckabee Properties, Inc., Debtors, filed separate voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code in this Court on February 8,1980. These two cases were consolidated by order of this Court dated April 21,1981. As part of the consolidated proceeding, the Debtors filed a plan of reorganization and a disclosure statement, each of which is required by Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. After…
