DONALDSON, Judge.

The Alabama Board of Examiners of Landscape Architects (“the Board”) appeals the judgment of the Montgomery Circuit Court (“the trial court”) reversing an administrative order and sanctions imposed by the Board on its licensee, Chad Bostick. Judicial review of administrative-agency decisions is limited, and the scope of the review is narrow. The judiciary is not authorized to substitute its judgment for the administrative agency, to reweigh evidence that the agency relied upon in making its decision, or to resolve disputed issues of fact.
