On October 2, 1972, a truck owned by Gengarella Contracting Company, Inc. (Gengarella) while being operated by its employe, John Yetsick, Jr. (Yetsick) struck an automobile being operated by Steve Kanish, Jr. (Kanish), an employe of Grant Oliver Corporation (Grant).
