This is an application for leave to appeal under the Post Conviction Procedure Act. The applicant alleged in his petition for relief that he was unable to employ counsel and the court appointed an attorney to represent him. A hearing was begun on June 2, 1960, and concluded on June 6, 1960, at which the applicant and various witnesses appeared and testified. The petition was denied by Judge Duer of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County.
