1 J.F. 1 , the plaintiff/appellant, appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for preliminary and permanent injunction against the defendant/appellee, the Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund (“Tulane”). For the reasons that follow, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the matter to the court below for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
