Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), entered December 19, 1994, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4, to direct respondent to pay for the support of his child.

We affirm Family Court’s denial of respondent’s objections to the Hearing Examiner’s order. After a hearing, the Hearing Examiner, in accordance with the formula set forth in the Child Support Standards Act (Family Ct Act § 413 [1] [c]), established respondent’s basic support obligation for his daughter in the sum of $167 biweekly.
