Appeals from two decisions of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed April 21, 2014 and May 7, 2014, which, among other things, ruled that claimant was not entitled to workers’ compensation benefits subsequent to December 10, 2009.

On October 29, 2004, claimant suffered work-related injuries to his neck and back while working for the employer as a propane delivery truck driver. He was cleared to return to work that same day and continued to work for the employer until June 2005, when he was laid off.
