MEMORANDUM OPINION
GLORIA M. BURNS, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is Debtor, Nickels Midway Pier, LLC’s (“Nickels”), motion to reject executory contract, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 365. A hearing on this matter was held on August 9, 2005.
The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(a) *266and 157(a), and the Standing Order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey dated July 23, 1984, referring all bankruptcy cases to the bankruptcy court.
