MEMORANDUM ON USE OF CASH COLLATERAL

Before the Court is the Motion to Use Cash Collateral filed by the related debtors, Harrington & Richardson, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “H & R”) and Phillips Metallurgical, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “PMI”). The debtors seek to use $529,000 of the cash collateral of the Bank of New England (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”), for the period of March 1, 1985 through March 31, 1985.
