Plaintiff, Charles J. Shaw, appeals a trial court judgment granting a Motion for Summary Judgment dismissing his claims for improper rescission and breach of his Employment Agreement with defendants, Hibernia National Bank, N.A., and Hibernia Corporation (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Hibernia”).
