This is a petition in equity in which the petitioner as it is trustee under the will of Emily T. Phillips seeks instructions as to the proper disposition of the shares of income from the trust estate to which Caroline R. Tread-well and Ann L. (Treadwell) Shackford, both of whom are now deceased, were entitled during their lives under the terms of the will.
