This case is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Objections to the Magistrate’s Report and Recommendation.

This is an action for judicial review of a decision by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (hereinafter “the Secretary”) denying Plaintiff benefits under the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. §§ 301 et seq. Plaintiff Elizabeth Chappell filed a claim for widow’s disability benefits under 42 U.S.C. §§ 402(e) and 423(d)(2)(B).
