The plaintiff, Percy J. Alleman, claiming that he is the duly appointed and qualified member of the School Board of St. Charles Parish, for Ward 3, and that he is in possession of that office, filed this suit in the Twenty Fourth Judicial District Court for the Parish of St. Charles to obtain an injunction against the defendant, Harry A. Dufresne, who, he claims, is contesting his right to the office and is interfering with his possession thereof.
