E. GRADY JOLLY, Circuit Judge:
Juan Enrique Landeros-Gonzales (“Landeros”) pleaded guilty to illegally re entering the United States after having been deported, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1826. The district court imposed a 16-level increase under the sentencing guidelines because Landeros had previously been convicted of an aggravated felony. The district court then sentenced Lande-ros to 71 months’ imprisonment followed by 3 years’ supervised release. Landeros argues on appeal that the district court erred in enhancing his sentence.
