THIS CASE came on for hearing on December 6, 2001 upon the creditor Commercial Utility Econometrics, LLC’s (CUE) motion for designation of its claim as an administrative expense claim, and application for payment of same. Debtor Moltech Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) opposed the motion and application.
