Defendant was convicted after a jury trial of breaking and entering with the intent to commit larceny and breaking and entering with the intent to commit armed robbery, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and first-degree criminal sexual conduct,1 MCL 750.520b(1)(c), (d), (e), and (f); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(c), (d), (e), and (f). Defendant was subsequently convicted as a second-felony habitual offender. MCL 769.10; MSA 28.1082.
