SUMMARY

This cause comes before the Court upon defendant’s motion to dismiss on the grounds that the plaintiff could not have had reasonable expectations of sus*625taining damages of an amount adequate to sustain federal diversity jurisdiction.

The case came on to be heard by consent of the parties before this Court at New Bern, North Carolina, on November 24, 1965.
