Defendant by his attorney moves for various relief. The omnibus motion is disposed of as follows:

The defendant stands accused under indictment No. 06-0758 of violating Environmental Conservation Law § 71-2703 (2) (c) (ii). The court has granted the defendant’s motion to inspect and has read the grand jury minutes in camera. The evidence adduced before the grand jury was that in 2002-2003 the defendant was the sole shareholder, sole officer (president) and sole director of Dirtman Enterprises, Inc.
