OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Tara Cruse appeals her conviction from the Fairfield County Court of Common Pleas on two counts of murder and one count of aggravated murder. Plaintiff-appellee is the State of Ohio.
STATEMENT OF THE FACTS AND CASE
{¶ 2} On June 30, 2006, the Fairfield County Grand Jury indicted appellant on one count of aggravated murder in violation of R.C. 2903.01(A), one count of murder in violation of R.C. 2903.02(B) and one count of murder in violation of R.C. 2903.02(A).
