Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Mclnerney, J.), rendered April 16, 1985, convicting him of criminal possession of stolen property in the first degree (two counts), upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed and the case is remitted to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).
