This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a judgment in a bench-tried case for an equitable accounting upon the dissolution of an accounting partnership. The trial court found a partnership existed between Don Lofgren (Lofgren) and Joyce Meyer (Meyer), and that the dissolution of the partnership entitled Meyer to an equitable accounting and distribution of her partnership interest.
