MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
BROWNING, District Judge.
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Defendant Management and Training Corporation to Respond to Plaintiffs First Sets of Discovery Requests, filed December 28, 2004 (Doc. 80). The primary issue is whether the Court should compel Defendant Management and Training Corporation (“MTC”) to produce communications between it and the County of Santa Fe regarding the sexual misconduct of its employees.
