MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES D. WALKER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Lynda D. Bailey (“Debtor”) filed a Motion To Set Aside Discharge Order And Then To Dismiss Case on October 16, 1997. The motion is opposed by the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”). No other creditor or party at interest has filed any objection to the motion. A hearing on the motion was held on November 17, 1997. Debtor and IRS were represented by counsel at the hearing.
