Armando P. Rodriguez appeals a judgment of conviction for second-degree sexual assault and an order denying his postconviction motion for withdrawal of his Alford plea. Rodriguez contends that he is entitled to withdraw his plea because the plea was not voluntarily, knowingly and intelligently entered since he misunderstood his citizenship status and the likelihood of being deported.
