The bill was filed by the appellant to be let ixx to redeem real estate she had by mortgage conveyed to the appellee, a cox-poration.organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, having therein its domicile or principal place of business, and to enjoin the appellee from the exercise of a power of sale contained in the mortgage.
