Plaintiff-Appellant-Cross-Appellee Glenwood Systems, LLC (“Glenwood”) appeals a final judgment entered on June 10, 2010 by the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Eginton, J.), dismissing certain defendants from the case for lack of personal jurisdiction and dismissing the complaint as against the remaining defendants for failure to state a claim.
