Plaintiff Narragansett Electric Company (“Narragansett”) moves for Summary Judgment as to its Second Claim for relief, *514seeking damages for Defendant Century Indemnity Company’s (“Century”) breach of its duty to defend. Defendant Century cross-moves for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiffs First and Second Claims for relief. Plaintiffs and Century’s respective motions to dismiss are granted in part and denied in part.
