delivered the opinion of the Court. •

Pursuant to 1967 Perm. Supp., C.R.S. 1963, 13-4-22(l)(k)(i), the Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Division, revoked Starr Calvert’s operator’s license for a period of six months on the ground that Calvert refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test as required by 1971 Perm. Supp., C.R.S. 1963, 13-5-30(3). The district court affirmed the department’s order and Calvert appeals.
