This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Appellant, Walter L. Brown (hereinafter "Brown"), appeals the trial court's decision reducing to judgment Brown's alleged child support arrearage. The issues before us are whether the alleged unauthorized practice of law by the director of the Carroll County Bureau of Support deprived the trial court of jurisdiction and whether Brown was given notice, as required by due process, of his alleged arrearage.
