—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for assault, battery, and malicious prosecution, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Floyd, J.), entered May 14, 1999, which (1) denied her motion to dismiss the defendants’ affirmative defense that the Statute of Limitations had expired, (2) granted the defendants’ cross motion to dismiss the complaint on the grounds, among others, that the first through sixth causes of action are barred by the Statute of Limitations, that the seventh cause of action pursuant to 42 USC § 1983 failed to allege that the…
