Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Shirley Werner Kornreich, J.), entered on or about December 29, 2005, which, insofar as appealed from, denied the motion of defendant Asian Americans for Equality, Inc. (AAE) for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all other claims as against it, reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion granted and the complaint as asserted against AAE dismissed.
