Petitioner, a federally subsidized housing cooperative, appeals as of right from a judgment of the Tax Tribunal establishing the assessed value of petitioner’s property for the tax years 1984 through 1994. We affirm.

Petitioner is a housing cooperative located on approximately twenty acres of land within the City of Taylor and Wayne County. The 194 housing units that make up the cooperative were constructed during 1965 and 1966 pursuant to the provisions of § 221(d)(3) of the National Housing Act, 12 USC 17151(d)(3), a program that subsidizes low- and moderate-income housing by providing…
