This is the appeal of Robert Culp (Appellant) from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County affirming the decision of the Bucks County Board of Health, which denied Appellants application for a certificate of registration for a mobile home park. We affirm.

Appellant owns and operates an eight-unit mobile home park in East Rockhill Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
