This case is presented on the record made in the probate court and in the circuit court' on appeal, from which it appears that the Hot Springs Savings Trust & Guaranty Company was named as executor under the last will and testament of Miss Blanche Bell, who died prior to the 21st day of June, 1926, and that said company qualified and proceeded to act as such executor. At some time after the company began to function as executor, its attorney was informed by C. Floyd Huff, an .attorney of Hot Springs, that he had in his possession some jewelry of the estimated value of $691, as the agent of…
