HUNTER, Judge.
This is an appeal by National Life & Accident Insurance Company, defendant-appellant, from a judgment for $342.22 and costs in favor of plaintiff-respondent, Hugh H. Magers, Assignee.
The petition is in twelve counts, each involving a separate policy of industrial insurance issued by appellant to nine different people in the normal course of appellant’s business.
