This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff Ironhead Marine, Inc.’s Motion for Interlocutory Sale of Vessel. Pursuant to’ Fed.R.Civ.P. 78, oral arguments were not held. For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED.
BACKGROUND
