AGEE, Justice.
Michael Lee Townsend was convicted in the Circuit Court of Sussex County on one count of capital murder, one count of first-degree murder, and two related firearm offenses for the murders of his ex-girlfriend, Reta Price, and her boyfriend, Gary Goss. On appeal, Townsend contends the trial court erred in overruling his motions to strike two prospective jurors for cause because seating those jurors makes it "unlikely that the public would have confidence in the judicial process."
