Distress for rent, &c. This case arises under Chapter 3181, Act of March 11, 1879, and Chapter 3247, Act of "February 22, 1881. Section 1 of eh. 3131, declares that all claims for rent shall be a lien on agricultural products raised on the land rented, and on all other property of the lessee kept on the premises.
